  • Proceeding for complaints and appeals

Complaints and Appeals may be accepted in writing format. On receiving, we review the application and consider applicability of content regarding the complaints or appeals.
Regarding complaints, we shall implement necessary corrective actions based on the facts confirmed. Then, we will inform the complainant of the results including corrective actions.
Regarding appeals, the appeal deliberation is implemented based on the decision of the Independency and Impartiality Committee which is not connected to operation of the institute. Based on the decision of the deliberation, we implement necessary corrective actions and inform the appellant of the results.
